It’s on!

I have another reason to be cheering for the Guelph Storm as they begin their first round playoff series against the Owen Sound Attack. I just made a friendly wager with Owen Sound Mayor Ian Boddy. If Guelph wins the series, Mayor Boddy will wear a Storm jersey at their next Council meeting and – as a bonus – he’ll throw in a case of beer from Owen Sound microbrewery Kilannan Brewing Company.

If the unthinkable happens and it goes the other way, I will have to wear an Attack jersey to Council and send him a case of beer from Guelph’s Royal City Brewing Co.
