It was a wonderful evening celebrating the results of the 2015 Multicultural Festival and looking forward to the 30th anniversary festival next year! Many people brought encouragement and greetings to the crowd. Our Chamber of Commerce president Kithio Mwanzia was in attendance.

  
We had performers doing Irish dances and a cultural Argentina dance too!

 

 
The city of Guelph is a gold sponsor for the festivals, and tonight I was there to bring greetings on behalf of the city but also to thank all the corporate sponsors who have a part in the festivals. 

  
Without their corporate donations this event just wouldn’t happen. And this festival is one of the biggest for our city! Our chief of police Jeff DeRuyter brought greetings from the force as well!

  
Next year is the 30th anniversary and the plans are big!
