Like many other counties and cities around the world, The City of Guelph flags at city hall and the Sleeman Centre will be lowered in solidarity with the days of mourning as requested by the President of France after the horrible terrorist attacks in Paris.
We condem these acts of violence not only in Paris but around the world. We mourn for the lives lost in these barbaric and disgusting attacks but we also unite together for bringing about peace instead of conflict.
