The new tech to help bylaw looks promising. The right tools to make city staff more efficient is great. Good to hear about the sidewalks, that is a definite plus. I just hope the city does not take years to get caught up like you said. Parties for the community is always welcomed. All very positive things. But… Isn’t there more to the 2016 budget than just the good things that make City Hall look good? I would say you have been avoiding one important decision made during the budget. One that does not make this community move forward at all.
