About Go Skateboarding Day
Go Skateboarding Day, started in 2004 by the International Association of Skateboard Companies, is a day of celebration for skateboarders around the world. Communities marking the day use it as an opportunity to promote skateboarding and to encourage young people to get outside and enjoy the sport. This is the first year Guelph has participated in Go Skateboarding Day.
