After Years We’re Finally Restoring Relationships. #Guelph

There’s been several articles written lately about the restored relationship between the County and the City of Guelph.

The above editorial cartoon is great! We’re back in the same sandbox. Well played.

I attended my first social services meeting last week and I was welcomed with open arms. Above is the chair, Councillor Anderson and Warden Lever. Everyone was focused on what was best for all of our citizens in need of housing, day care and helping to tackle homelessness.

Being at the same table was exactly what has been needed for over 7 years. It was wonderful.

Today’s editorial from the Wellington Advertiser on the matter is also HERE.

Last week the Wellington Advertiser also wrote an article HERE

Also our local media has an article too. It’s HERE for you to read.

This rift actually became the basis for a thesis and book over the last few years! You can read a good article on that HERE.

This is a historic moment for our city and the county. Let’s play in the same sandbox and be at the same table!

Take care,

Cam

You were featured in an editorial cartoon in today’s Wellington Advertiser (page 11). Favourably. It can be seen online or a copy can be picked up a the Guelph Library.

    God bless you!
