The Guelph Black Heritage Society concludes the “Love of the Lantern” Black History Month celebrations with three exciting events.

Oshungo Drum and Dance will share cultural experiences from West Africa and the Caribbean through the joy of drumming, dancing and story-telling. Event starts at 7:00 pm. End Black History Month with a Bang! Featuring Funga Drummers. Doors open at 1:30 pm, admission $10 or $30/family of four – Heritage Hall, 83 Essex Street - Drums and Dancing at the Heritage Hall – February 25, 2017
Enjoy a performance by the Funga Drummers, a dance party featuring DJ Charless Janzen and imbibe the taste of freedom with a “Lantern Ale”. Doors open at 7 pm, admission $10 – Heritage Hall, 83 Essex Street.
