Water offices closed to public until September!

Guelph, Ont., February 27, 2017—Due to construction of the York trunk sewer and Paisley-Clythe feeder main, the administrative offices of Water Services, located at 29 Waterworks Place, will be closed to the public for about six months beginning March 1, 2017.

Waterworks Place and areas within the Water Services property will be zoned as construction sites, and there will be heavy construction vehicle access in, out and around the site throughout the work period. The facility is being closed to the public for safety reasons.

Anyone needing to reach Water Services to discuss water and/or billing inquiries should call 519-837-5627, or email waterservices@guelph.ca.

If an inquiry cannot be addressed by phone or email, customers can book an appointment, and Water Services staff will arrange a meeting at another City facility.

Water service not impacted:

The delivery of water to Guelph homes and businesses will not be affected by this work.
