Last night city council met to have a presentation regarding the update coming on development charges.

As was indicated at the meeting by many councillors, and echoed by myself:

This is a complicated topic where we can do a better job at informing our citizens and businesses of the impact development charges have, or don’t have as a funding shortfall, on our city budgets – especially when it comes to our infrastructure and growth.

So this video HERE is an important one for Guelph. Please watch it. Look at the presentation slides and listen to our presenter along with our questions. (I apologize in advance for my video taping skills!)
