Today, it was announced in a Global Covenant of Mayors news release that I have been appointed to represent North America on the Board of the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy.

GCoM is an alliance of more than 11,700 cities and local governments around the world who are committed to addressing the climate crisis.

I was approached for this opportunity by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM). I am very excited to be a voice at the table for Guelph and North America.
