The Ukrainian flag will fly at Guelph City Hall today, as it has throughout Russia’s war against Ukraine. As we mark Ukrainian Independence day, we pay tribute to Ukrainian people who are bravely defending their freedom. We offer our support, solidarity, and prayers for peace for Ukraine.
