It was a privilege to be part of a panel this morning at a youth mental health forum. Ontario’s Associate Minister of Mental Health and Addictions, Michael Tibollo, was a special guest. The hundreds of people in the room from many different agencies showed how much this community cares about this issue. A highlight for me was the youth who spoke about empowerment and engagement, and encouraged the group to “keep rooting for us.” The challenges are big, but so is our determination to meet them.
