The Guelph Black Heritage Society continues to celebrate Black History Month by presenting the 3rd Annual Music, Love and Family – A Celebration of Black Heritage.

Come and dance the night away! If you like dance, the old stone church at 83 Essex Street in Guelph (renamed Heritage Hall) is the place to be. The evening will be hosted by Steven Taylor and feature an interactive performance by Oshungo Drum and Dance and DJ Charles Jansen. There will also be door prizes and a silent auction.

Oshungo Drum & Dance is a collective of professional drummers and dancers from diverse backgrounds who infuse traditional African and Caribbean rhythms and movements with original creations. Their intent is to share cultural experiences from West Africa and the Caribbean by expressing the joy of drum and dance with children, teachers, the community and the world.

This is an all ages, licensed event. Admission is $10.
